This restaurant is absolutely stunning! It has a beautiful green Japanese garden and located next to the Kamo River.
The location is far from the shrines (the closest sightseeing spot is Kyoto Gyoen), so unless you are in the area doing some shopping, I would suggest catching a taxi here on the way to or from one of the sightseeing spots.
The restaurant has a diaper-changing table, so it is baby-friendly! It is fantastic to visit for lunch and then take a stroll through the garden afterwards with your baby:)
(Note: The restaurant also is able to arrange a Maiko to join your dinner. This is popular for large dinner party’s, particularly for business guests.)
