Hibiya Park is located between the east gardens of the Imperial Palace to the north, the Shinbashi district to the southeast and the Kasumigaseki government district to the west. It is great if you’d like a stroll with your baby in the pram or if you have older kids that would enjoy running around the winding paths. One word of advice – I have been to Hibiya Park with my baby when he was crawling and learning to walk, but it was not ideal as I couldn’t find any grassy spots for him to play on (the big grass square was closed off at the time). The Imperial Palace gardens may be more ideal for tummy time and crawling.
