Rise Shopping Center (Town Front) has 3 nursing rooms located on B1F, 4F, and 7F. My favourite is on the 4th floor. Lovely and bright, and also has a small padded area for playing. Perfect if your baby is keen to do tummy time, crawling, or learning to walk.
