Roppongi Hills has four baby nursing rooms.

Regarding the private nursing rooms on 5th and 6th floors, these are designed for two mothers to share. If the door is locked, try knocking and if there is only one mother in there she should let you in. If the room is empty, you can go in with your husband and baby and lock the door to use as a private room, but if another mother knocks to come in, it is generally considered courtesy for the husband to go outside so the other mother can enter.
