Dogwood Plaza is similar to Rise Shopping Center, in that it has a variety of fashion stores, cafes, restaurants, and nursing rooms. There are also all-access toilets on nearly every floor with diaper changing tables, so shopping and looking after baby is a breeze.
If I arrive early at Futako-Tamagawa, I always go to the Starbucks on the first floor of Dogwood Plaza (pictured above) – even though the shops are not open until 10am, this Starbucks opens early at 7am, is super baby-friendly, and also provides a key for the all-access toilet with diaper change table (just ask the staff for the key).

Baby Nursing Room
I frequently go to this little nursing room on the 5th floor. It is located on the same floor as Loft – easy place for fathers to hang out while feeding your baby. There are also nappy changing tables on nearly every floor in the all-access toilets.
