Our baby was born! I went into labour the day after I had the acupuncture. I think it was a combination of this and the membrane sweep that the doctor did the next day. It all happened very quickly! Although I didn’t end up having a VBAC (we instead had a very serious emergency caesarian), we had a positive experience at Nisseki Hospital and were so thankful to have a healthy baby girl.

In the next couple of weeks I will be posting about our birth experience, essential items for the week long stay in hospital with a newborn baby, and my top tips for making the hospital stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
