When I first broke the screen on my iPhone (while trying to hold baby and umbrella and push pram at the same time in the rain! Something was bound to drop and break) my husband searched on the internet for a repair shop and found this one called SMART in Shibuya. It was the cheapest repair shop we could find, is located conveniently within 4 min walking distance from Shibuya Station, and they could fix my screen in 1 hour. On top of that the staff are friendly and the shop is really cool. Recently I broke my screen AGAIN, so again went to the SMART shop and was thinking there must be many other people out there with kids who have also been in the same situation (ie. keep dropping and breaking iPhone screen)! So here is a quick video recommending our favourite iPhone repair shop SMART in Tokyo and how to get there.
SMART in Shibuya:

- How to get there: See video above for quick directions or follow the photos on SMART website. Briefly, take West Exit out of Shibuya Station, turn left and walk over bridge that crosses the major road. Once on the other side, turn left and then next right (before the railway overpass). Walk up the slope alongside the railway, and you will see SMART shop on the right-hand side.
SMART have lots of repair services for:

- Broken screen
- Broken back panel
- Flat battery change
- Problems with home button
- Problems with the back light and sleep button

Came here to get some water cleaned out of my screen. They told me that I’d need the front panel replaced and that they were out of stock.
Went somewhere in Akiba and they opened it and cleaned it out. No need for replacement. The people at SMART are either out to rob you or don’t know what theyre talking about.
