Last week I had the pleasure of interviewing Sakura Tanida, the owner of Blossom39 in Daikanyama! Sakura, an entrepreneur and mother of two, explains how she came to start her business of importing baby and mama products in Japan. Sakura also introduces a new service that Blossom39 is providing for parents – a free test drive of the latest Bugaboo Bee! This is a fantastic idea which is bound to be popular with new mums and dads to ‘try before they buy’. I personally have a Bugaboo Bee and think it is one of the best prams for getting around Tokyo. Highly recommend heading down to Blossom39 to give the Bugaboo a whirl around the streets of Tokyo! Thank you Sakura!
Blossom39 is a fantastic shop with lots of imported products for mum and baby which often can’t be found elsewhere in Japan. I first came across Blossom39 when I was searching for Aden & Anais muslin wraps, listed here in the Baby Products I Love, and was so excited when I found them! Here is my previous post on Blossom39 products, and also another post on the Teething Bling necklace I bought.
