How to alter Winter baby pajamas for Summer

With babies’ fast growth rates and the arrival of warmer weather in Tokyo, I am sure I am not the only one who is running out of suitable pajamas for their baby! The pajamas that I bought 3 months ago are starting to get too tight in the arms and legs, and they are also getting too hot. So I decided to make some alterations so I can get a few more months use out of them. Here is a very short simple tutorial on how to do it!

Basically just cut off the sleeves and legs! Too easy. But works wonderfully! I don’t have a sewing machine so I have just left the hem as is, which is fine for pajamas as nobody will see them:-) Of course if you make the alterations for clothes it might be good to sew the hem!
