Nearly a year has passed since the March 11 earthquake in Tohoku, and with the ongoing possibility of another major earthquake in Tokyo, it is important to be prepared. Especially if you are pregnant or have a new baby.

Note – Many sources recommend having one emergency kit per member of the household. Therefore, we should make a separate emergency kit for both my husband and I, and include the baby items in these. I will start working on this now!
