Futako-Tamagawa (or “Nikotama” for short) is located just south of Shibuya and can be accessed by train on the Den-en-toshi Line or the Oimachi Line. It’s a great place with lots of shops and department stores. Today we show you the nursing rooms in Rise shopping center!
